SUMMARY:Play - Things We Do Not Know
DESCRIPTION:Things We Do Not Know is an exploration of female street sex workers in Bristol.\n\nUsing verbatim theatre and music\, the play looks at how these women turn to sex work to survive. The piece began development two years ago in collaboration with Bristol-based charity One25. The charity works to help women get off the streets and find freedom from violence\, poverty and addiction. (https://one25.org.uk/).\n\nAfter three very successful runs in different Bristol performance venues\, including the Bearpit sea container\, we have redeveloped the piece as so much has changed since the first show.\n\nOur collaborators are our audience. Those who have seen the piece before\, please come and see it again as it won’t be the same!\nAfter one of the performances\, we will invite the audience to stay and share their thoughts on the piece: what worked\, what didn’t\, what can be improved.
