Guided Meditation
Every Tuesday at PRSCthroughout October and November The 1-hour class includes 5 minutes of briefing and will be fully guided meditation. This will include pranayama (breathing techniques), music, dance, silent sitting, gibberish, catharsis, mindfulness etc. Attendees are requested to wear loose comfortable clothing and come a few minutes early if it is your first time.
