Work has started on the ground floor of Hamilton House. Behind the railings has been growing an organisation which promises to make a huge and positive  impact on Stokes Croft…  The whole, huge 55,000 sq.  ft. building has been gradually filling up with Artist Studios, and some small businesses/groups, all with a common interest in sustainability…

The ground floor will comprise a cafe/bar which will go under the name of CANTEEN, which is a joint collaboration with George Ferguson of Tobacco Factory fame. There will also be an exhibition/conference space on the ground floor. Scheduled to open end of July/beginning of August…When Coexist opens their front door for business, this will surely change enormously the dynamic of the area…
