In the name of public health PRSC closed the china shop, china decorating workshop, and our event Space before government policies required it. For now however, we are still able to fulfil online orders for the china shop without risking the safety of our staff or the public.

We talked this through with all the staff before deciding to continue this offer. Our decision to continue delivering china & books to online customers was based on the following factors:

• Online orders can be checked remotely by staff working from home.
• One staff member can fulfil all the orders alone in the shop with no contact with others.
• Our post office account allows staff to drop in parcels for delivery without queuing or having to sign for anything.
• We have agreed that this work will be done by a staff member when they are already leaving their home for essential errands.

In consequence there may be a longer than usual delay in sending out orders as we no longer have a member of staff on site daily.

As we are no longer decorating china, some of our stock will start to run out over the coming weeks, but as long as we have it in stock you will be able to buy it.

We will continue to monitor the situation and if closing the online shop becomes necessary for public health we will immediately do so.
