With room for at least 6 staff members, this newly refurbished office space would be perfect for a business or charity that wants to be in the beating heart of Stokes Croft’s Cultural Quarter. It’s seldom a dull day in Stokes Croft and it will delight and offend most of your senses with enlivening regularity. But that vibrancy and the sense of community is what we hope will be most attractive to prospective tenants. We look after each other, sharing equipment and skills for the sake of it, not just the money.
We’re also open to an artist or arts collective making use of the space as a studio. The room won’t be available to be sublet/split up but we are happy for multiple organisations to work from there.
Plus every rent payment goes towards the maintenance and sustainability of a cherished community space (that’s us!) and the support of Stokes Croft Land Trust (community members purchased the building as part of a share offer in 2021). The office is on the first floor, accessed via a flight of stairs. Our building does not currently have a lift.
