Vehicle Dwellers Meeting: Discussing BCC’s proposed vehicle dwelling policy
Thu 16 October, 2025 @ 19:00 - 20:30
Free
Meeting run by and for vehicle dwellers and allies to discuss and respond to Bristol City Council’s proposal on how they intend to respond to the many different people who, for various economic and cultural reasons, and often out of necessity, live in vehicles in Bristol.
This is the proposed policy: https://www.bristol.gov.uk/files/ask-bristol/9984-responding-to-people-living-in-vehicles-2026-2031-policy-proposal-for-public-consultation/file
We have until the October 23rd to respond to the consultation, which you can find here: https://www.bristol.gov.uk/ask/find-consultation-engagement/consultation-engagement?id=248&utm_source=press&utm_medium=print_online&utm_campaign=vehicle_dwellers_policy
Join us on Thursday 16th October 7 – 8.30pm to discuss and respond to the consultation.
This is our last and only official chance to shape these rules.
We all have very different reasons for living in vehicles but the common thread that binds us
is that we are all affected by these proposals.
We are stronger together.
See you there!
