This four week course will help you to develop your skills as an activist, and take you step by step through the process of really defining your aims and establishing the best ways to reach them. Devised in collaboration with the School of Activism, this course is intended to create a lasting legacy, with each workshop ending with the production of a video summing up the lessons learned that day. These videos will join a free video archive being developed by the PRSC to help everyone gain the skills and confidence to make positive change.

What needs to be changed and why?
A talk and interactive workshop about what of present states is being criticized and why.
Defining critics, and ways of communicating critics to others.

WHAT? Wed 14 July
What do we want to achieve? How do the states work which we want to see instead of what is present?
A talk and interactive workshop about defining and clarifying aims.

HOW? Wed 21 July
How do we want to change a current state? How do we achieve it?
A talk and interactive workshop about planning and working from aiming to achieving the wanted change.

WHO? Wed 28 July
Who is ‘we’? How do we work together?
Reasons for conflicts and avoiding conflicts, multiple experiences from projects, actions, campaigns.
A talk and interactive workshop about individual strength and about working together.
