Our Featured Musicians:

Soufian Saihi, a virtuoso musician whose music is rich in empathy for the immigrant and the oppressed. His compositions featured on many radios and TV channels including the BBC, ITV, MBC, and Al Ghad Al Arabi. His deep knowledge in classical Arabic, North African, and Gnawa Sufi music traditions earned him the status of a virtuoso oud player. He has performed at many prestigious venues including the Royal Albert hall, Royal festival hall, National theatre, Royal opera house foyers, St Paul’s cathedral, King’s place, Fulham palace, V&A, and the British museum.

Ricardo de Noronha, a multi-instrumentalist who showcases his expertise in Middle-Eastern percussion, drums, frame drums, calabash, medieval tambour, davul, hang, steel drums, and ethnic flutes inspired by the Slovakian shepherd’s flute, the Fujara. Since the 90s, he has contributed to award-winning world music albums and, since relocating to the UK in 2014, co-produced the acclaimed “Veer” with Nychelharpa player Griselda Sanderson. Additionally, he founded the Meridianum Ensemble in 2018, a transcultural musical collaboration blending elements from Portugal, the UK, and Morocco.
