The 1-hour class includes 5 minutes of briefing and will be fully guided meditation. This will include pranayama (breathing techniques), music, dance, silent sitting, gibberish, catharsis, mindfulness etc.
Attendees are requested to wear loose comfortable clothing and come a few minutes early if it is your first time. Cost is £6 pounds and It’s a drop-in class, newcomers are highly recommended. Please bring a Yoga mat to sit.on.
About the Teacher:
Chit Dubey is an author of a book ’21 Doors to happiness: life through travel experiences and meditation,’ speaker and practising meditation for the past 20 years and has been to many Ashrams (Meditation Schools) in India, learning and practising many different techniques based on Eastern philosophies. Chit Dubey is teaching meditation for the past 5 years and have given classes in Tanzania and now teaching in the UK.
