✨ REGGAE YOGA AND ELM YOGA TURN ONE ✨

A year has gone by since I started my Reggae Yoga classes at Hamilton House, and WHAT A YEAR it’s been! I’ve taught at festivals around the country, been asked to host events, been reviewed and met some truly wonderful people. It’s been amazing and I am so grateful for this path and want to thank all the people who have joined me on this journey.

To celebrate my first year we are going to be holding a Reggae Yoga LIVE event at PRSCyoga. Come along and join me in celebrating this amazing year with all things Reggae Yoga!
