From £7.50WHY THE PEOPLE’S COMEDY?
The People’s Comedy formed in 2018 with the aim of platforming comedians with a message (think counter-culture, alternative, original) and ensuring that they’re paid for their craft.
This night we’ll look to utilise the sunny weather in the People’s Republic of Stokes Croft yard, subject to the sun actually being out. Seats will be placed outside, the bar will be open, a custom stage put up, and the night will commence just under some of the painted words of George Carlin: “Property is theft. Nobody owns anything. When you die it all stays here”.
If the weather is rainy (this will be the 3rd time we attempt!), then we’ll run the night inside the PRSC space like usual.

Doors & bar open at 7.00pm, show starts promptly at 7.30pm.
