Vinyasa Yoga with Martha

5This one-hour yoga class will create heat and open space in the body, releasing tension and improving strength and flexibility. With a strong connection to the breath, the class will include a short-meditation and fun dynamic sequences to leave you feeling both more relaxed and rejuvenated.
Suitable for all abilities.
Due to COVID-restrictions people will be required to bring their own mats.
£5 per person, concessions available for students & low waged.
