Vinyasa Yoga with Martha
FeaturedSPACE at PRSC 17-25 Jamaica St, Bristol, United KingdomThis one-hour yoga class will create heat and open space in the body, releasing tension and improving strength and flexibility. With a strong connection to the breath, the class will include a short-meditation and fun dynamic sequences to leave you feeling both more relaxed and rejuvenated. Suitable for all abilities. Due to COVID-restrictions people will be required to bring their own mats.
