People’s Art Club & Community Drop-in – Drawing with Keith

A free creative drop in session, open to everyone!
Open creative sessions: bring your own project, join in with the day’s activities, or just come hang out for a cuppa & a chat! Previous Art Clubs have included monoprinting, paper making, papier-mache, portraiture, drawing skills, fabric painting, and collage… What would you like to create?
Also available at People’s Art Club: DOPE Magazine, tents and sleeping bags, free tea & coffee, phone charging, sometimes biscuits & snacks.
Free entry, open to all, those with no homes particularly welcome.

People's Art Fair: Friday 24 April - Sunday 3 May 2026
The People's Art Fair encompasses a group exhibition, performances, creative workshops & activities. Open to artists, makers, photographers, painters, sculptors and creatives of all flavours, the People's Art Fair acts as a celebration of culture and expressive art. Aiming to break down financial barriers to the art world, it is free to exhibit in the show (sign up here) - and free to visit of course!
Most of the artworks are available to buy, along with prints, cards, badges, stickers and other smaller bits, and the bar will be open for soft drinks, hot drinks and locally sourced beer, cider & wine.

In 2024 our weekly People's Art Club sessions were funded by The National Lottery's Community Fund. For six months of 2025 these sessions were funded by the Quartet Community Foundation. Additional People's Art Club activities were supported by Bristol City Council's Originators Fund.
