Accompanying the launch of their share offer, the Stokes Croft Land Trust has joined forces with the Bristol Community Land Trust to bring you an evening of talks and discussions around the fascinating issues of gentrification and community ownership, with a line up of amazing guest speakers from across the co-op and community wealth building world, looking at everything from anti-gentrification to how you ensure local control through sustainable community ownership.
Accompanying the launch of their share offer, the Stokes Croft Land Trust bring you an evening of talks and discussion around the ways that community wealth building has been used as a tool by others to secure democratic control of everything from food to local services.
Join us for an evening of films focused on themes of land justice and common ownership as we celebrate the launch of the Stokes Croft Land Trust Community Share Offer. There will be short talks & some discussion, plus screenings of Concrete Soldiers Uk, and Arc of Justice.
