Your body is an ecstatic vibe machine. Enter a journey of movement, voice, and meditation; learning practical techniques to engineer flow states through dynamic yoga, pranayama, and meditation. This is a profoundly silly and revitalizing adventure in joy. Led by Martha Allit (yoga instructor and psychedelic journalist) and Pete “the Temp” Bearder (mental resilience trainer, comic and spoken word poet).
This one-hour yoga class will create heat and open space in the body, releasing tension and improving strength and flexibility. With a strong connection to the breath, the class will include a short-meditation and fun dynamic sequences to leave you feeling both more relaxed and rejuvenated. Suitable for all abilities. Due to COVID-restrictions people will be required to bring their own mats.
