Taking exhibition Frequently Asked Questions as its basis, The Bristol Cable and PRSC are hosting a public discussion that will explore the broader context around homelessness in Bristol. Featuring a range of contributors, including councillors and frontline service workers this event will explore the structural barriers to housing and different questions relating to homelessness today including structural barriers to housing, support services and societal attitudes. The event will include opportunities for audience members to join the discussion with speakers.

PRSC Outdoor Exhibition
The PRSC Outdoor Exhibition is designed to provide an outlet for aspiring and established artists to showcase and sell their work, and to offer to the public the opportunity to purchase artworks at an affordable price. As well as providing a canvas for artists to exhibit their work and experiment with weatherproof techniques, the outdoor gallery aims to give local communities and passers-by a sense of ownership of the public space, challenging established ideas of private property and commercial enterprise. Hanging the work outside will mean it is vulnerable to vandalism and theft, therefore trust and respect are central elements of this exhibition.

Over the past four years Antony has ventured to differing environments and together with his camera, captured a range of wildlife endemic to their habitats. Antony is now exhibiting his favourite images shot in Canada, Malawi, Malaysian Borneo, South Africa, the UK and Zambia. The collection showcases vibrant examples of the diversity seen amongst bird species both native and exotic, fur-covered beasts typically observed in jungles, mountain ranges and the plains; as well as striking specimens of invertebrates and reptiles.

I, Feminine
I, Feminine is an exhibition and project which seeks to show the complexities of the word feminine, and its role within identity politics. A paper dress features in the experimental moving image and photography pieces showing that those who have been denied femininity have ‘Papier-mâchéd’ their own feminine identity. I, Feminine does not just ask questions about how we reclaim femininity but how we can reinvent the feminine, so that it is free from patriarchal, heteronormative, and capitalist thought.
